2023 was a big year for YSI. We celebrated 75 years of excellence and scientific innovation, a testament to our commitment to environmental stewardship and the application of good science. We also launched new products, including the 9800 Photometer, a portable solution for the field or laboratory, and the YSI Turb® 750 T Benchtop Turbidimeter, an EPA 180.1-compliant instrument for environmental, chemical, petroleum, food, and beverage laboratories.
Going beyond product launches and instrumentation, we found new ways to support customers working to solve some of the world’s toughest water challenges. We overhauled our Customer Support Hub, making it easy to contact our technology experts to get free virtual help on your projects, find a distributor in your region, register for your warranty, and more!

In June, we launched EXO University—a comprehensive, on-demand training program for our EXO water quality sondes. The idea behind this training program was to create an easily accessible, free video series detailing everything from instrument setup, calibration, maintenance, and storage of your sondes, sensors, and accessories.
