Tax-Exempt Organizations

To remove sales tax from your orders, follow these three steps:

1. Register: Create an account and place your first order.
2. Email: Send your tax-exempt certificate and your order number to online.orders@xylem.com.
3. Adjustment: We will manually remove the tax from your first order before it ships. All future orders on your account will be automatically tax-exempt. This adjustment is for your current address; a new form must be submitted with the updates.

Note: We collect tax for shipments to: CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, and WI.

Payment Methods (US Only)

• Credit Card: Processed instantly.

• Purchase Orders (PO): Available for accounts with prior credit approval. Submit a credit application to online.orders@xylem.com prior to placing your order.
