The YSI Extended Warranty, purchased with a new instrument, ensures comprehensive coverage for one year beyond the original factory warranty. Enjoy peace of mind in knowing your Pro Plus is protected and avoid unexpected repair costs.
The YSI Pro Plus Extended Warranty Provides:

The YSI Professional Plus (Pro Plus) Instrument is factory warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase by the end user. YSI’s Extended Warranty protects your instrument for an additional one (1) year. This warranty applies to a single Pro Plus instrument and does not include cables, probes or accessories. The Pro Plus item serial number is included on each specific certificate and is non-transferrable under any circumstances.
For terms and conditions on the product’s factory warranty refer to the product’s Instruction/Users Manual. An Extended Warranty certificate is required for comprehensive product service beyond the 3 year product warranty.
To use this warranty, call your local YSI representative, or contact YSI Customer Service in Yellow Springs, Ohio at +1 (937) 767.7241, (800) 897.4151 or visit YSI.com (Support tab) for a Product Return Form. Send the product and proof of purchase for the product and Extended Warranty, transportation prepaid, to the Authorized Service Center selected by YSI. Repair or replacement will be made and the product returned, transportation prepaid. Repaired or replaced products are warranted for the balance of the original warranty period, or at least 90 days from date of repair or replacement.
