Job Description    
To provide timely and reliable financial information to internal and external customers as well as provide accounting/technical support, as needed, to the company’s Business Units.

Major Responsibilities 

  • Prepares and analyzes consolidated reporting at all levels of the organization on actuals, forecasts and prior fiscal year
  • Analysis of weekly operating statistics
  • Conducts thorough research and analysis of variances to ensure data accuracy
  • Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company’s annual operating budget including:
    • detailed support and analysis of the company’s revenue forecast and departmental budgets
    • detailed support and analysis of balance sheet forecasts and the associated cash flow forecasts
    • development of presentations to help summarize budget results in a comprehensive and easy-to-understand format
    • Assists in the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools
    • Analyzes actual operating results and identifies key financial and operating issues to be addressed; quantifies actual results versus forecast
  • Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules
  • Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
  • Assist with requests related to internal/external audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required; Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and financial management preferably with an international manufacturing company


  • Strong technical abilities including experience with Oracle ERP system
  • Proven management abilities including employee development
  • Previous experience with acquisitions/mergers

  • Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

 Attendance Requirements

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  
  • Additional hours will be required to satisfy the requirements of the business
