Job Description
To provide administrative support to YSI, Inc./Xylem Analytics Marketing and Customer Support teams along with proving customer phone support​

Job Specifications and Work Performed    

  • Primary function is to maintain the Decision Point data base; complete all data entry in to the system; communicate with sales; maintain up to date files; to insure we meet the anti-corruption requirements
  • Answer, screen, and routes all calls through Operator queue
  • Ensure proper messages on phone system during holiday and/or other shutdowns
  • Provide Oracle order entry support
  • Complete customer requested business forms.
  • Enter customer requested quote information in to SFDC
  • Mail Sorting/delivery
  • Bill Pay
  • Credit Cards
  • Supply orders
  • Notary
  • Price List Management for dealers, customers and Oracle
  • Insurance certification management for selling partners and end users
  • Entry of warranty card registration information into SFDC· Anti-corruption process support
  • Extremely well organized
  • Knowledge of Excel and Oracle preferred
  • Above average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, be flexible and handle pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with people
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information

Required Experience & Academic Requirements

  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar capacity

Desired Skills

  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SFDC, and Oracle.
  • Ability to create business systems/processes
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Working Condition

  • Minimum 8 am – 5 pm with occasional overtime as the workload requires
