Job Description    
The primary objective is to invoice all accounts, maintain customer and payable accounts, maintain credit card accounts, bank deposits, opening and distributing mail, process shipping and control, PayPal and credit card transactions, shipping customer orders through on line system (UPS or FedEx) including international shipping and customs documentation. 


  • Perform tasks related to the Accounts Receivable and the Accounts Payable functions to include the distribution of customer invoices, and ensuring prompt payment for customer invoices is received. 
  • Overall responsibility for contacting customers with delinquent accounts, initiating appropriate collection actions, and maintaining detailed records. 
  • Will assist in the processing of Accounts Payable invoices. 
  • Will also perform various duties involving clerical work requiring familiarity and adherence to procedures, policies, and practices of the accounting department. 
  • This position will conduct accounting entries and maintain enterprise accounting system in Hyperion, HFM & FDM and Workspace. 
  • This position will also provide assistance and backup to the Administrative Manager. 

Required Experience    

  • Two year Associate Degree in Accounting
  • 5 years accounting experience

Desired Skills

  • Preparation of Financial Statement through P&L
  • Competent IT user confident with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, ACT, Business Works, Quicken, Global Payments (Sap system) and World Ship UPS/Federal Express.  
  • Knowledge of Hyperion is a plus.
  • Typing with a 60+ word per minute rate and 10 key by touch.
  • Written and oral skills for documentation and phone conversations.
