    The Global Water WL450 All Stainless Steel Water Level Transmitters provide 316L stainless steel diaphragm and digital temperature compensation and environmentally neutral Hytrel cable make it able to provide this level of performance day after day, over a wide range of operating conditions. This makes the WL450 All Stainless Steel Water Level Transmitters ideally suited to environmental monitoring applications such as test wells, surface water, streams and reservoirs.

    In addition to stainless steel, the transmitter is also available in titanium housing for increased resistance to corrosion in seawater, aquaculture, or chlorinated water environments.

    WL450 All Stainless Steel and Titanium Water Level Transmitters are equipped with 4 to 20mA analog output that include guaranteed lightning protection. The lightning protection internal circuit is included at no additional cost and provides a lifetime warranty against damage from voltage surge.

    For easy ordering, all our standard WL450 All Stainless Steel and Titanium Water Level Transmitters are set up for 2-wire, 4-20mA output, are calibrated for specific ranges in feet of head and include an appropriate length of Hytrel vented cable. In addition to the standard ranges and cable lengths shown, we can custom range your All Stainless Steel or Titanium Water Level Transmitters for a small additional fee. Please request a quote for custom-made ranges up to 900ft WC and/or cable lengths up to 1000ft (305m).

    Simple Digital Output
    WL450 All Stainless Steel and Titanium Water Level Transmitters include a RS485 direct to digital output for a modem or other communications network. This avoids the error and complication involved with analog to digital conversion devices.

    Optional Digital SDI-12 Output
    The SDI is a version of the WL450 high accuracy submersible level transmitter that is available with SDI-12 or RS485 digital communication protocols. It is available with standard accuracy of ±0.1% FS TEB in ranges up to 900 ft WC and optional USGS OSW accuracy for ranges up to 70 ft WC. The SDI can be manufactured in standard 316L stainless steel or titanium for increased resistance to corrosion, and carries the NSF 61 and NSF 372 approvals. Please request a quote for pricing.
