Tax-Exempt Organizations
To remove sales tax from your orders, follow these three steps:
- Register: Create an account and place your first order.
- Email: Send your tax-exempt certificate and your order number to online.orders@xylem.com.
- Adjustment: We will manually remove the tax from your first order before it ships. All future orders on your account will be automatically tax-exempt. This adjustment is for your current address; a new form must be submitted with the updates.
Note: We collect tax for shipments to: CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, and WI.

- Purchase Orders (PO):

New Accounts: To establish credit with us, please submit a credit application to online.orders@xylem.com before placing your order.

Existing PO Customers: If you have previously purchased via PO through Customer Service, please email online.orders@xylem.com to activate PO eligibility for your YSI.com account. You do not need to complete the credit application when requesting PO functionality for your online account.
