Catie Marchand
Environmental Solutions Application Engineer

Catie Marchand joined Xylem in 2021 as a sales representative and has been in the Applications Engineer role since 2022. At Xylem, she collaborates with the R&D teams and product managers on advancements to our technologies and creating resources for customers. She also supports testing and validating instrument design with her field expertise and customer focus. She is a technical expert in the field, and you can often find her at tradeshows and conferences.

Before working at Xylem, Catie spent five years with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality in watershed management and water quality monitoring of Arizona’s rivers, lakes, and streams. She has a B.S. in Environmental Microbiology from the University of Arizona and is at home in the field and lab.

Diego Davis
Environmental Sales Manager

Diego Davis joined Xylem in 2014 as a Sales Representative and has served as the Western U.S. Sales Manager since 2020. He supports surface water and coastal hydrology projects across the region, providing training and application expertise for YSI and SonTek equipment.

Diego holds a degree in Earth Science from the University of California, San Diego. Before joining Xylem, he spent three years at HydroScientific West as an Environmental Scientist and Technician, specializing in continuous flow, level, and water quality monitoring, as well as telemetry and SCADA applications.

Nate Christopher
Marketing Communications Manager

Nate Christopher joined Xylem in 2017 in a marketing communications role for some of Xylem’s leading brands including the YSI EXO and Pro Series. He creates product guides, how-to videos, and customer training events. He has a B.F.A. in Visual Communication Design from the University of Dayton.
