ATLANTA, GA – (March 7, 2016) – Xylem Inc., a leading global water technology company, will showcase their portfolio of strong industry-leading brands and comprehensive analytical solutions at Pittcon 2016.
Xylem’s lab and field capabilities will be on display in booth #1449/1549 at Pittcon, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia March 7-10.
Customer focus and comprehensive solutions
Xylem will demonstrate their comprehensive solutions and focused market approach at Pittcon 2016, rolling out a number of new products across multiple brands, while featuring products that serve customers in Food & Beverage, Life Science, Analytical Lab, Environmental, Wastewater, and Surface Water.
Many of the brands that make up the Xylem Analytics portfolio will be exhibiting at Pittcon, and they include YSI, OI Analytical, Bellingham + Stanley, SI Analytics and ebro.

New Products
Xylem’s OI Analytical will launch the new OI 5383 Pulsed Flame Detector (PFPD). The new detector gives chemists the ability to specifically determine and selectively analyze low levels of sulfur, phosphorous and 26 other analytes of interest in the petrochemical, environmental lab, and food & beverage markets. OI Analytical will also launch their new Eclipse 4760 Purge and Trap Sample Concentrator, offering faster cycle times and higher sample throughput in drinking water, wastewater, soils, and petrochemical applications.
Xylem’s Bellingham + Stanley brand will be launching the new RFM900-T Series, high precision Peltier temperature controlled benchtop refractometers, providing a compact design and unmatched ease of use. Featuring a wide measuring range up to 1.70 RI and new 7” touch-screen user interface, they are ideally suited for use in quality control applications within the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, flavours and fragrance industries as well as in academic research.
Xylem’s YSI brand will feature their laboratory pH meters, offering a significant variety of unique pH and ISE instruments for a broad range of lab applications, from food & beverage and biochem to life science and water.
In addition to the new product offerings and market solutions at the Xylem booth, Xylem’s YSI invites visitors to take the YSI pH Challenge to promote YSI’s pH expertise in the lab. Visitors will have an opportunity to guess the pH levels of a variety of sample solutions. Conversely, Xylem’s OI Analytical will be looking for Lab Heroes throughout the show, inviting visitors to stop by and share their story about why they’re a Lab Hero.

Xylem continues its commitment to growth with the acquisitions of HYPACK, Inc. in November and Tideland Signal Corporation in February. The acquisitions are the first for Xylem in over two years, and strengthen Xylem’s capabilities in the ocean and coastal vertical market segments.
