After fifteen years, the YSI Area Wells groundwater contamination project is nearly finished. In April of 2016, Ohio EPA determined that all activities were completed per an administrative order for source control and groundwater interim action. The last activity and report completed prior to a request to close the administrative order was a follow-up soil sampling, and that report from September 2015 is available here:

YSI is now wrapping up activities and reports to complete requirements of a RCRA judicial order. What is believed to be the final analysis and report toward this goal is the RCRA Facility Investigation report, which is available for review and comment here:
